Holy Eucharist

"At the Last Supper, on the night he was betrayed, our Savior instituted the Eucharistic sacrifice of his Body and Blood. This he did in order to perpetuate the sacrifice of the cross throughout the ages until he should come again, and so to entrust to his beloved Spouse, the Church, a memorial of his death and resurrection: a sacrament of love, a sign of unity, a bond of charity, a Paschal banquet 'in which Christ is consumed, the mind is filled with grace, and a pledge of future glory is given to us.'" (Catechism of the Catholic Church, n. 1323)

The Eucharist is the source and summit of our Catholic Faith. It is often called the Blessed Sacrament. Masses are celebrated on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 7:30 a.m. and on Wednesday evening at 6:15 p.m. The Masses for the Lord's Day are celebrated on Saturday evening at 5:30 p. m. and on Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. and at 11:00 a.m. Our parish also has Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week. You are invited to spend a holy hour with the Lord Jesus in adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
