Our Religious Education Classes for students entering Kindergarten through Grade 12 will soon be upon us. The first class of the year takes place on Wednesday, September 9, at 7:00 p.m. Classes take place from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. every Wednesday evening. Registration for these classes will be on the weekends of August 22 - 23 and August 29 -30 following each of the Masses on those weekends. Below are three very important dates in our upcoming academic year:
First Confession will take place for our students in Second Grade on Wednesday, February 3, 2027 at 7:00 p.m. at St. John the Evangelist Parish in El Dorado.
The Sacrament of Confirmation will be administered by Bishop Carl Kemme to students in Grades 5 and 6 on Saturday, February 27, 2027 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Wichita.
First Holy Communion will take place for our students in Second Grade at the 11:00 a.m. Mass on Sunday, April 25, 2027 at St. John the Evangelist Parish in El Dorado.
